I was a smoker for several years and tried numerous times to stop. After my first hypnosis session with Dolores I became a non-smoker. I have not smoked in over three years.

We chose to use hypnobirthing to help me with a pain free birth, but we found many unforeseen benefits before and after the delivery. We were able to remain calm by doing the exercising we learned, and most importunately, I was able to rid my fear of hospitals by doing a fear release exercise.
